霍尔姆斯小组(The Holmes Group)教育研究的启示——关于教师专业化的实施途径

摘要 霍尔姆斯小组(TheHolmesGroup)在20世纪80年代提出了教师专业化这一概念,并将其视为提高美国公立学校教育质量的必要途径。随着中国的教育教学改革的推进,教师专业化也日益受到重视。霍尔姆斯小组教育研究表明,教育改革,教师先行,教师专业化是现代教育发展的要求和必然趋势。我国教师专业化的发展在实施过程中还有一定障碍,因而探讨其实施的环境和实施的必要性是必要的。
