摘要
医院是构成和谐社会的一个重要窗口,要使医院在和谐中创新发展,其中的一个关键是处理好各种关系,即遵循"以人为本"的管理理念,从和谐医院各种关系人手,强化医院所有人员间的和谐,这对加快医院和谐的步伐,无疑将起到十分重要的推动作用。
Hospitals are important parts of a harmonious society.In order to develop an innovative and harmonious hospital,one of the crucial points is to properly handle all kinds of relations,namely we have to follow the people-oriented management concept, and harmonize various relationships among all hospital staffs,then the pace of building a harmonious hospital would be greatly accelerated.
