口腔颌面外科临床实习教学中存在的问题与对策

Problems analysis and solving in clinical teaching of oral and maxillofacial surgery

在口腔颌面外科的实习教学中,单纯的实践技能教育已不能适应社会和时代发展的需要,也不能解决实习医生的诸多困惑,更不能保证实习医生的健康成长。应针对口腔颌面外科实习教学的特点,将实践技能教育、医学伦理教育和法律教育融于整个教学实践当中,注重实际能力与沟通能力的培养,注重对实习生服务意识和接诊能力的培养,注重协调实习生与病人间的权益,端正学习态度,调动学习积极性。

For undergraduates,the practice of simple skills teaching has been unable to meet social needs and the development of the times.It can't answer the many puzzles interns have,nor can it guarantee the healthy development of interns.The main problems occurred during clinical practices and the causes been responsible for the problems are analyzed in the paper.The sensible ways to solve these problems are also recommended.We should focus on the characteristics of practice teaching of oral surgery and integrate practical skills education,medical ethics education and legal education into the teaching practice.We should focus on the training of the actual ability,communication skills,service awareness,and reception and treatment capabilities. We should pay attention to coordination between the interns and patients rights,correct attitude towards learning,mobilizing learning initiative.
