摘要
目的:调查本科护理学生人文教育的现状,提出相应的解决对策。方法:采取随机抽样的方式对我校本科护理学生以及湖州某3家市属医院的在职护士分别进行问卷调查。结果:人文教育效果不显著,学生人文素质有待提高。结论:必须通过改变教学方式、增加人文素质培养的途径以及提高部分医学专业教师的素质以提高护理学生的人文素质。
[Objective]To investigate the status of humanities education in nursing undergraduate and to propose the corresponding countermeasures.[Method]by random sampling,a questionnaire survey was carried out for the nursing undergraduate in the author's school and nurses in three municipal hospitals of Huzhou.[Result]The effect of humanities education was not obvious, but humanistic qualities of the students need to be improved.[Conclusion]It is necessary to make a change in teaching methods,diversify ways of improving humanistic qualities as well as enhance qualities of some medical professional teachers, thus to improve the humanistic qualities of nursing students.
