PBL教学法在成人教育病理学教学中的尝试与思考

摘要 目的:评价基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)模式在成人教育病理学教学中的应用效果。方法:选择79名临床中专学历生升专科函授的学生,40人进行PBL教学法,另39人给予传统教学,以期末成绩及问卷形式对两组学习情况进行效果评价。结果:PBL教学的班级在论述、病例分析等主观题成绩明显优于对照班(P<0.01),并且该班学生学习热情、分析能力、解决问题能力和自学能力均有所提高。结论:PBL教学法在成人教育病理学教学中优于传统教学方法,值得进一步推广。 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of problem-based learning in pathology teaching of adult education.[Method] The study selected 79 students graduated from technical secondary school who were pursuing correspondence education,with 40 of them accepting FBL teaching method and the other 39 students the traditional teaching method.The two groups' performance would be evaluated and compared by the final exam at the end of a semester and both groups would also take a questionnaire. [Result]Compared with the control group(p<0.01),students who took the FBL course not only obtain a high grade in the semester exam but also showed an improvement in the ability of analysis,problem solving,self-study and enthusiasm for study. [Conclusion]The PBL course excelled the traditional course and should be extensively promoted among more students.
