高职高专药学专业任务驱动型综合实训教学改革初探

On comprehensive practice and training under task driving in pharmacy major of higher vocational education

根据教育部教高[2006]16号文件精神,当前高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重点之一是实践实训教学环节。为贯彻高职高专院校"技能为先,实用为主"的培养理念,实验教学的任务应该从人才就业岗位实际需求去确定,我们按知识、能力、素质三位一体培养要求,整合3门主干课程(药物化学,药剂学,药物分析)部分实验教学内容,以任务驱动方式探索构建综合实训教学体系,体现实用性技能人才培养的特色。

As is required in the No.16 document in the year of 2006 put forward by the Ministry of Education,among the priorities of the reform of talents cultivation in higher vocational education today is to practice and train.In order to carry out the idea of 'skill is the first priority,practicability a main concern',the task of experiment education should be determined by the actual need of the jobs.According to the educational demand that knowledge,capability and quality should be a whole,we have integrated parts of the experiment of the three main courses,namely,the medicinal chemistry,pharmacy and pharmaceutical analysis. In this way,by using the task driving mode,we can establish a comprehensive practice and training system to reflect its characteristic in bringing up technical talents of practicability.
