Analysis on monitoring reports of 219 adverse drug reactions monitoring

目的:分析我院药物不良反应(ADR)发生的规律、特点,为临床合理用药、药物安全性评价提供依据。方法:对我院2005年1月至2006年12月219例ADR进行统计分析。结果:ADR以抗生素、女性、60岁以上、静脉用药、皮肤及附件损害最多。结论:加强监测、减少和避免ADR发生,保证用药安全。

[Objective]To analyze the regulation and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions(ADR) in the author's hospital to provide a ground for correct clinical uses of medicine and medicine safety.[Method]The thesis produced the statistics and analysis of 219 cases of ADR happened in this hospital between January 2005 and December 2006.[Result]Most of the ADR are happening due to the using of antibiotics,the gender of female,ages over 60 years old,venous injection,damage of skin and its appendages.[Conclusion]The hospital should strengthen the monitoring mechanism to reduce and avoid ADR occurrence, so as to ensure medicine safety.
