摘要
目的:针对临床医学专业生物化学实验中,酮体生成和利用实验设计相对简单的现状,探索提高实验效果的方法。方法:采用学生自主设计后续实验,以及增加实验内容等措施在两个学时内强化酮体的生成与利用这一章节的内容。结果:通过两步实验完整地验证肝脏是酮体生成的器官,肝外组织利用酮体。结论:实验内容的充实有利于提高学生解决临床问题的能力。
[Objective]To improve teaching effect of acetone body formation and utilization experiment because of the simple project of this experiment in clinical medicine teaching.[Method]Followthrough experiment was designed by students themselves and the content of experiment was increased.The project of experiment was consolidated in two period.[Result]Two steps of the experiment could validate acetone body formation in liver and utilization in other organs.[Conclusion]Students' ability of solving clinical problem is enhanced by enriching the content of experiment.
