摘要
目的:探讨在急诊临床护理查房中PBL和病例教学及以护生为主体的查房混合应用效果。方法:采用对照研究的方法,将98名护生随机分为2组,观察组50人和常规带教组(对照组)48人。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用PBL和病例教学及以护生为主体的查房混合应用的方法。分析比较带教满意度。结果:观察组在学习主动性和独立性、知识面、协作精神、解决问题能力、言语表达能力等方面带教满意度均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义。结论:PBL教学法能调动学生的主观能动性,激发护生的学习兴趣和参与意识,加强了护生对知识的综合分析和自学能力的培养,促进了教学互动,提高了查房效果。
[Objective]This paper discusses the mixed application effect of the PBL,case - based teaching methods in emergency clinical nursing rounds and ward-rounding by nursing students as main parts.[Method]We took the comparative study methods,and divided 98 nursing students into 2 groups:normal clinical nursing group(48 persons) and observer group(SO persons). The former group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the latter group applied the mixed teaching methods by the PBL,case - based teaching methods and ward - rounding by nursing students as main parts.And in the end,we compared the satisfaction,and analysis the result.[Result]The observer group preceded the normal clinical nursing group in satisfaction in many aspects,such as studying initiative and independence,knowledge,collaborative spirit,solving problem ability and oral expression,the-differences were statistically significant.[Conclusion]Using the PBL teaching methods,we can translate students' subjective initiative,inspire nursing students' study interests and their sense of participation,strengthen the synthetical analysis and the self- studying ability for nursing students,promote the teach- study interaction and improve the ward- round effects.
