Measurements of The Piezoelectric and Electro-optic Coefficients of Photorefractive Crystal Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)Nb_2O_6

要用干涉法测最了光折变晶体Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)Nb_2O_6的压电系数和电光系数,结果为 d_(33)=108.9,d_(31)=-20.8,d_(15)=59.5×10^(-12)C/N;γ_(33)=184.2,γ_(13)=21.2,γ_(51)=-18.6×10^(-12)M/V。

The piezoelectric and electro—optic coeffcients of photorefractive crystal Sr_(0.6)Ba_(0.4)-Nb_2O_6 have been measured by interferometric method.The results obtained are d_(33)=108.9,d_(31)=-20.8,d_(15)=59.5×10^(-12)C/N;γ_(33)=184.2,γ_(13)=21.2。γ_(31)=-18.6×10_(12)^-M/V。
