BLB种植体临床应用及疗效评价

Clinical application and evaluation of BLB implant system

目的评价BLB种植体修复的临床应用效果。方法选取2000年5月至2006年3月期间在武汉大学口腔医学院修复科行BLB种植体修复的患者共236例,共植入360枚BLB种植体,统计观察时间达到3年的种植体数,统计种植体的累积成功率。结果观察年限达到3年的种植体共160枚,种植体1、2和3年的累积成功率分别为99.4%、97.5%和97.5%。结论BLB种植体植入后骨整合形成良好,适合于常见的牙列缺损及牙列缺失的种植修复,是一种较理想的种植体。该种植体短期内的成功率较高。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of BLB implant system and calculate the accumulative success rate. Methods A total of 236 patients who had BLB implants implanted in Stomatological Hospital of Wuhan University from May 2000 to March 2006 were evaluated. Calculate the number of the implants which had been observed for 3 years.With the success rate criteria,accumulate the number of successful and failure implant to calculate the accumulative success rate. Results A total of 160 implants had been observed for 3 years.The accumulative success rate of one-,two-,three-year were 99.4%, 97.5%,97.5%,respectively. Conclusion The BLB implant system is suitable for the defect of denture or the edentulous jaw in the clinics. The accumulative success rate of short time is high.
