雅皓丁硼乳膏治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical trial of Ding Peng emulsion on patients with recurrent oral ulcer

目的评价雅皓丁硼乳膏治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法将2007年1月至2008年1月郑州市中医院口腔科门诊收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者160例分为2组,分别使用雅皓丁硼乳膏和冰硼散进行局部治疗。结果两组治疗总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药前疼痛程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后疼痛均明显缓解(P<0.05),治疗后雅皓丁硼乳膏组疼痛缓解率显著高于冰硼散组(P<0.05)。结论雅皓丁硼乳膏对复发性口腔溃疡病损部位有缓解疼痛、促进愈合作用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Ding Peng emulsion on recurrent oral ulcers(ROU).Methods A randomized single-blind controlled clinical trial was conducted.A total of 160 patients were enrolled in this study.Among them,80 cases were treated with Ding Peng emulsion,80 cases were treated with Bing Peng powder.The observation was done at baseline and 3 days,6 days after treatment.Results The total efficiency had no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Pain before medication had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The pain remission rate in the Ding Ping group was significantly higher than that in the Bing Peng group.Conclusion Ding Peng emulsion has the effect of relieving pain and promoting healing on recurrent oral ulcers lesion sites.
