民办高校思想政治理论课建设现状分析及对策

The Status Analysis and Countermeasures on Ideological and Political Theory Course Construction for Private Universities

当前,由于民办高校思想政治理论课师资队伍和科研比较薄弱、思想政治理论课教学管理还不够规范等原因,严重制约了民办高校思想政治理论课教育教学的发展。当前应以政策为导向,大力引进和培养思政课学科带头人和骨干教师;切实落实科研奖励政策;树立教师的科研意识;切实加强党委的组织领导,规范思想政治理论课教学管理等等措施,充分发挥思想政治理论课在民办高校大学生思想政治教育中的主渠道作用,切实增强思政课教学的有效性。

At present,the teaching faculty and research for ideological and political theory courses in private universities are relatively insufficient;the teaching administration of the course is not standardized either.Those factors have seriously restricted the teaching development of the course.In light of the policy,this article points out we should enroll and cultivate competent leaders and backbone teachers in this field,implement research-rewarding policy well,build up teacher’s research awareness,strengthen the organizational leadership of the Party Committee effectively,modify the teaching management of the ideological and political course and give full play to its role as the main channel of ideological and political education in private universities.
