摘要
ERP已成为国内外最先进的管理信息系统之一,自从90年代初提出以来一直受到企业的追捧。然而大量统计资料显示,ERP的实施失败率高达90%,为此引来了许多学者对ERP实施前后及实施过程中的影响因素进行了研究。文章通过对国内外文献的研究,综合评价了ERP实施绩效的各种影响因素。
ERP has been one of the most advanced management information systems(MIS) all over the world,and it has been popular with many firms since it was introduced in early 1990s.But many statistics show that the failure rate of ERP application is over 90%,which has aroused many researchers to study the factors that affecting ERP.By researching the data from both domestic and overseas,this article analyses different factors affecting ERP application effect.
