高职教育是我国高等教育的一个重要方面,为了适应社会的需求,必须明确高职教育的培养目标,探索新的人才培养模式。这种新的教育模式应以增强学生适应社会、促进社会发展的能力为目标,以提高学生的悟性为核心,以培养学生的综合素质为内容,实现人的全面自由发展。这样,才能最大程度地满足社会对人才越来越高的要求,为社会输送更多的"会做人、能做事、勤学习、善思考、敢创新"的适应市场需求和变化的复合型与应用型人才。

Higher Vocational Education is an important aspect of China’s higher education. To meet the needs of the society, we must first Specify training objectives and explore a new talents training model. The target of this new model is to enhance students’ ability to adapt to the society and to promote social development; the core is to improve students’ savvy and the content is to nurture students’ overall quality, which is in an attempt to achieve students’ comprehensive development. Only in this way can we furthest meet the ever-increasing social demands for talents, and supply the society with more versatile and applied talents who will be upright person, work and study hard, good at pondering and daring to innovate, who can also adapt to the market demands and changes.
