摘要
制度变迁催生政府需要,政府需要演化政府属性,政府属性决定政府职能,这也是乡镇政府职能创新的内在逻辑规律。本文以此为分析视角,着重揭示和探析乡镇政府职能创新过程中的路径转变。
System vicissitude expedites government needs, government needs evolve government attribute, government attribute determines government function; which is the intrinsic logical rule for the function innovation of grassroots government; in view of this, the article mainly illustrates the route change of the function innovation process of the village and toon governments.
