The Construction of the Curricula System of College Students Career Guidance in New Situation

随着高校毕业生就业制度改革的深入和毕业生人数的急剧增加,加强就业指导已成为新形势下提高毕业生就业指导工作质量的重要内容。开设就业指导课是开展就业指导工作的有效途径和方法。本文在分析当前就业指导课存在的不足的基础上,提出了高校就业指导课程体系建设的要点,并构建了就业指导课程体系所应包括的主要内容。

With the deepening of the reform of university graduates employment system and the dramatic increase in the number of graduates,strengthening employment guidance has become the important content to improve the quality of graduate employment guidance in new situation.Establishing employment guidance course is an effective way to carry out the guidance work.Based on the deficiency of present employment guidance course,this article puts forward the emphases and main contents to construct university employment guidance curricula system
