摘要
英语学习词汇石化现象较为普遍,严重影响学习主体的学习进展。本文首先揭示英语词汇石化的表现,给英语学习主体带来的负面影响,继而以leech的词汇分类为基础,阐明英汉词汇不绝对对应的客观事实,最后提出其对应策略——认知策略,语境策略。
The phenomenon of word petrifaction is quite common in English learning and greatly influences the learning progress of the learning subjects. The paper firstly exposes the manifestations of English word petrifaction and the negative effects it brings to the English learning subjects. Secondly, based on Leech’s vocabulary classification theory, the paper illuminates the objective fact that there is no absolute corresponding equivalent between Chinese words and English words; and finally it puts forward the countermeasures, namely, cognitive strategy and context strategy.
