一种典型连杆机构的运动学仿真及优化设计分析

摘要 为了更好地对连杆机构的运动性能进行分析研究,采用仿真分析软件ADAMS对一种典型的连杆机构进行了运动学仿真及优化设计分析。仿真时以各铰点的坐标为设计变量进行设计研究,分析出对工作性能影响最大的三个变量为"DV<sub>4</sub>"、"DV<sub>8</sub>"和"DV<sub>1</sub>0"。同时以这三个变量为优化对象,并以关键铰点D点的最大受力达到最小值来建立目标函数,进一步对机构进行优化设计。优化结果表明机构工作时的机械传动性和安全可靠性得到了提高。 To better study and research the movement performance of the link mechanism, this paper analyzes the motion simulation and optimization design by adopting the simulation analysis software ADAMS. In the process of simulation, the design study is carried out with the coordinates of hinges as design variables and presents the result that the three most influential variables to the function performance are "DV4", "DV8" and "DV10". At the same time, the objective function is established with these three variables as the optimization object and the maximum force of the key coordinate of hinges reaching its minimum so as to further optimize the mechanism. The optimization result shows that the mechanical transmission performance and reliability of the mechanism at work have been enhanced.
