PICC插管与锁骨下静脉插管在老年患者中的应用

The application of PICC intubation and the subclavian vein cannlation in elderly patients

目的对外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉置管(PICC)和锁骨下静脉插管在老年患者中的应用范围及利弊进行比较。方法记录PICC组及锁骨下静脉插管组的置管成功率、操作时间、留管时间及并发症。结果PICC组一次置管成功率明显高于锁骨下静脉插管组(p<0.05),其平均操作时间明显低于锁骨下静脉插管组(p<0.05),其平均留管时间明显长于锁骨下静脉插管组(p<0.05),PICC组的并发症发生率明显低于锁骨下静脉插管组(p<0.05)。结论PICC组较锁骨下静脉组一次置管成功率高,节省时间和人力,留管时间长,并发症低,安全性强,患者痛苦时间短,护士易掌握,在临床上值得推广应用。

objective:To compare the effectiveness of PICC intubation and the subclavian wein cannlation in elderly patients.Methods: Recording the tube success rate,operation time,the time of the tube can remain and complications of the two tube methods.Results: The differents of all the indicators above between the two tube methods were statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion: compered with the group of subclavian vein catheterization,PICC group have a higher success rate, save more time and manpower,the tube to remain for a longer time and lower rate of complication, the stronger safety,and patients suffering shortten,easy-to-grasp for nurses.
