摘要
目的介绍一种回收式自身输血的自制回收装置。方法术前制作血液回收装置,进行回收式自身输血。结果成功救治251例患者,无1例发生输血反应和并发症。结论此回收装置安全有效,简便易行,价格低廉,便于广大基层医院推广。
Objectives:To introduce a new design apparatus of Salvaged autotransfusion.Methods:The new design apparatus was made before operation.Then it was used in operation.Results:By the new design apparatus 251 cases were cured successful without blood transfusion reaction and complication.Conclusion:The new design apparatus of salvaged autotransfusion was safe、effective、simply and was easy to be applied in basic-level hospitals.
