摘要
目的探讨行为疗法对早期老年性痴呆患者的康复疗效。方法将40例确诊为老年性痴呆患者随机分为研究组(n=20例)和对照组(n=20例)。在2组均相同剂量的药物治疗的基础上,对研究组辅以为期3个月的行为疗法,观察2组的康复疗效。结果研究组较对照组的痴呆症状有明显改善和控制(p<0.05)。结论在药物治疗早期老年性痴呆的基础上辅以行为疗法,对痴呆症状有所改善和延缓,其作用肯定。
Objective:To investigate the Nursing Effects of behavior therapy for dementia in senile patients.Method:40 cases with senile dementia were randomly divided into study group(n=20) and control group(n=20).The patients in study group were administered with behavior therapy.All patients were on medication in the meantime.The nursing effects for dementia were compared between the two groups.Result:There was a significant improvement of dementia symptom in study group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Behavior therapy has a significant nursing effect for early stage senile dementia.
