关于建设张掖城市(北郊)湿地公园的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Construction of Wetland Park in the North Suburb of Zhangye

本文在分析张掖城市(北郊)湿地区现状的基础上,根据《国家城市湿地管理办法》所规定建设国家城市湿地公园要求的条件,提出了建设建设思路、目标、原则,重点对建设措施进行了研究,为"中国·张掖黑河流域湿地保护工程"顺利建设国家张掖城市(北郊)湿地公园提供参考。

According to the regulation on the construction of national urban wetland park which <National Urban Wetland Management Method> presents,the ideas,principles and goals of the construction are proposed based on the status analysis of wetlands in the north suburb of Zhangye,and this paper mainly focuses on the research of the construction measures,which can give reference for 'Heihe Basin Wetland Protection Project,Zhangye China' in order to promote the harmony of construction of national wetland park in the north suburb of Zhangye.
