由于乡村旅游能给农村带来很好的经济、社会、生态效益,各地便纷纷致力于发展乡村生态旅游,特别是党中央的"发展新农村建设"方针,更激发和促进了乡村生态旅游的发展。本文通过对淮北市洪庄村生态旅游规划的描述,展现淮北市洪庄村根据其自身的自然条件,在发展新农村建设中如何利用自身资源,通过改善生态环境,发展乡村旅游,达到居民、绿地、碧水三者和谐共处。
