园艺疗法(Horticultural Therapy)主要是通过人们的参与,运用植物的特性给人带来情绪上的感触,从而达到改善精神状态的目的。园艺疗法有多种形式。风景园林专业可以通过创造色彩园、芳香园、租赁花园、加工小作坊等来实现园艺疗法的效果。在园林中应用园艺疗法应了解植物的生态习性,注意遵循植物生态学的原理,遵循植物自然优先的原则,使人们在进行园艺活动时达到最好的生态效益和经济效益。
Horticultural Therapy is mainly to use the plant to affect the people's mood, in order to freshen the spirit. There many means to utilize the horticultural therapy in the garden, we can make some color-plant garden, sweet-plant garden, leasehold garden and small workshops by consciously. At the same time ,we should follow the plant ecology, understand the ecological factors in the environment on plants, follow the plant first principle, to create the good ecology benefit when people doing the horticultural job in the garden.
