Themathe matical modelof measurementwas setup.The different parts of uncertainty was analyzed, and thecombined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of measurement results were calculated. Itcan offer the reference of theevaluation on uncertainty of determination for the laboratory onthis kind of mensuration process.
