摘要
首先对车间布局的发展进行了概述;并根据大规模定制生产的特点,提出了三种适合大规模定制车间布局(子生产型、C型和花瓣型布局),并对其各自的特点进行了简单地介绍。最后构建了一个两层结构的仿真平台,以仿真方法模拟出大量动态多变的内外部环境,通过蒙特卡洛法对大规模定制的车间布局模型进行统计评估。
The development of the workshop layout was outlined. According to the characteristics of mass customization production, three kinds of workshop layout suitable for mass customization were presented, such as the sub-production-type, the C-type and the petal type. A two-layer simulation platform was built to evaluate these indexes, where the dynamic environment changes can be simulated in a visualized way and the Monte Carlo method can also be integrated.
