摘要
为多喇叭跟踪天线的比较馈电网络设计了一种基于宽带巴伦结构的180°电桥,工作频带为1.3~2.8GHz。它采用同相功分器与宽带巴伦的组合,通过微带电路与跳线的形式,得到一种简单的结构,可以实现180°移相以及信号和差的功能。通过矢量网络分析仪进行测量,该180°电桥得到了较为理想的测试结果:在工作频带内的幅度不平衡度在0.2dB以下,相位不平衡度在±1.5°以内,驻波比基本在2以下。由于幅度与相位均具有较高精度,该设计可以应用于大部分对驻波要求不高的精确移相电路中。
A 180° hybrid with a bandwidth 1.3~2.8GHz is designed for a comparison feed network in a multi-horn tracking antenna.The hybrid is composed by the power divider and wide band Balun in microstrip and air-bridge configuration,achieving the phase-shifting and signals comparing function.There are the well results tested by the PNA in this dissertation.In the required bandwidth,the amplitude unbalance is under 0.2dB,the phase unbalance is in ±1.5°,and the VSWR is under 2 basically.With the high precision of amplitude and phase,this hybrid can be mostly applied to the phase-shifting circuits in which the VSWR is low required.
