摘要 首先分析当前从复杂度估计角度对H.264码率控制算法进行改进的研究现状,在比较几种常用复杂度度量手段后,选择BH作为复杂度度量手段。在此基础上提出了一种基于BH的帧层码率控制算法,并基于参考软件JM12.2对算法进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,和JVT-G012相比,所提算法控制下的视频序列在实际码率相近的情况下达到了更高的平均PSNR,同时有效降低了计算复杂度。 A H.264 frame layer rate control algorithm based on BH is proposed.BH is selected as the absolute complexity measurement for its linear relationship with the actual complexity,and corresponding relative complexity measurement is used to improve frame layer bit allocation.A linear rate-distortion model is used to calculate the quantization parameter.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve higher average PSNR than the original JVT-G012 rate control algorithm used in H.264,and reduce the computation cost effectively.
