Design of Tracking Telemetry and Command System Based on VI Technology

摘要 为了完成对遥测系统的测控,实现测控过程的自动化,充分发挥计算机强大处理功能,减少硬件成本,将NI公司的LabVIEW和CompactDAQ技术用来开发遥测测控系统。此系统硬件部分完成对测试数据的测量和I/O,而软件部分负责对测试数据的处理、显示和保存,以及开出量控制和开入量指示。通过A/D模块在测试中采用单通道高采样率和多通道低采样率的方法来完成对传感器的测量。通过I/O模块完成对弹上系统的供配电控制和发出信号的返回指示。特别是,利用USB接口技术使遥测测控实现过程变得灵活方便。这使得遥测测控智能化向前迈进一步。 In order to fulfill tracking telemetry and command(TT&C) of a telemetry system,realize the automation of TT&C process,make full use of computer,and reduce the handware cost,a TT&C sysem is designed based on LabVIEW and CompactDAQ.Its hardware part fulfills the measurement of test data and I/0.And its software part takes charge of test data processing,displaying and saving,controls the switch output,and indicates the switch input.The performances of sensors can be obtained by the methods of single-channel multi-sampling and multi-channel single-sampling in the A/D module.The controlling of the missile power supply and the indication of the receiving signal are realized by the I/O module.Especially,the usage of USB technique makes the realizing process of TT&C easy and flexible,which improves the automation of TT&C system.
