摘要
本文介绍了某型号压力气瓶的结构特点、技术要求和气瓶制造时所采用的焊接、旋压、热处理这三大关键技术,分析了时效不锈钢的焊接性,制订了压力气瓶的加工工艺方案,详细说明了气瓶焊接时的试制过程和控制焊缝缺陷及焊接变形的方法与措施。
This article focus on structural characters, technical requirements of certain, pressure air-vases and three critical techniques of wielding, rotated pressing and hot processing while preparing air-vases. Wielding capability of prescription stainless steel is analyzed and processing technical method of pressure air-vases is formed. Trial-produce process of air-vases wielding, with the control methods of objections and disfigurements, is illuminated.
