摘要
建立了丝杠螺母副的传动误差计算模型,并在此基础上分析了气体静压丝杠的误差均化作用与螺母有效长度、丝杠误差周期的关系,为气体静压丝杠螺母副的设计加工提供了必要的基础。
This paper establishes a transmission error calculation model of screw and nut was established. The relationship between error balance on aerostatic lead screw and effective length of nut, the error cycle of screw was analyzed. This provides the essential basis for the design and machining of the aerostatic lead screw and nut.
