可重构生产系统的BAOOIM建模法研究

Researching BAOOIM of Reconfigurable Manufacturing System

提出了一种集成的建模方法——BAOOIM建模法。这种方法集成了面向对象模型、功能模型、动态模型的优势从不同的角度描述了可重构生产系统,而且BAOOIM建模法采用一定的映射机制在各个子模型之间进行转换,最终在整体上保持了集成模型中各子模型的一致性,从而为可重构生产系统的设计与控制、性能分析和调度奠定基础。

A integrated modeling method-BAOOIM (based agent object-oriented integrated modeling) was proposed, this method makes the bests of both object-oriented model, IDEF0 model and Petri net model, and describes reconfigurable manufacturing system from different points of view. In BAOOIM, various models can be converted by a certain of mapping mechanism. BAOOIM established bases for designing and controlling, analyzing performance and dispatching of reconfigurable manufacturing system.
