摘要
提出了运用凸包法解决在五坐标中加工干涉的算法。在干涉检测中用了一种算法,即快速检测法,快速检测法通过使用曲面的控制网格获得刀具的可行位置。在快速检测中,根据参数曲面的凸包特性粗检现行的刀具方向与凸包之间是否存在干涉,若不存在,则刀具方向是可行的;否则,则不可行。
A method for interference checking has been developed. Quick feasibility checking is used to find a conservative feasible tool orientation by using the control mesh of a sculptured surface. In quick feasibility checking, a convex hull is applied to check whether a tool orientation is feasible. If the tool orientation by using this algorithm is not feasible, the detailed feasibility checking is developed to detect the global tool interference.
