摘要
针对现有车间调度系统在可重构性、拓展性和开放性等方面的不足,提出了包括数据库层、内核层和外壳层的可重构车间调度系统。在统一的组件化体系架构下,封装现有多种调度模型和算法,并通过调度引擎实现相关模型和算法的匹配和融合;抽取车间调度的通用业务和专用业务,分别采用公用组件和专用组件进行封装,通过标准接口实现不同粒度组件的快速装配和重构。
To solve the reuse and assembly problem for Job shop scheduling system, the three-tiered software architecture is proposed. Based on the idea of hierarchy and separated implementation to the algorithm and the model, this architecture provides the function of reuse and plug–in-use through introducing such components as scheduling algorithm, scheduling model and scheduling engine. The interface and communication of components are also discussed.
