摘要
本文基于MATLAB对光镊操纵米氏球状粒子的轴向光阱力和横向光阱力特性进行模拟,并通过设定连续变化的光束束腰半径、相对折射率、激光波长及功率等系统主要参数,对光阱力特性进行模拟分析,同时实现对横向光阱力讲行程序化的定量计算。
Based on MATLAB secondary development, this thesis simulates characteristics of optical trapping vertical and transverse force from optical tweezers,and analyze the characteristic of the optical trapping force,by setting the systemic parameters including the radius of the beam waist, the relative refractive index,laser wavelength and power.At the same time,it achieves the procedural quantitative calculation of the optical trapping vertical force.
