摘要
文章阐述了灵敏度的概念并且提出了RF电路中根据灵敏度的参数分类,在设计适用于数字电视调谐器电路的LNA时对不同LNA拓扑结构进行参数灵敏度分析并且用Agilent ADS仿真验证,测试证明根据灵敏度分析结果进行PCB布局后的LNA性能更加稳定。
The concept of sensitivity was given and the classification of parameters in RF circuit based on the sensitivity was also showed in this paper.During the LNA design which is used in DVB-C tuner,the sensitivity analysis was illustrated through several LNA circuits and the results were simulated by ADS,it is tested that the performance of new layout of LNA is more stabilization.
