How to extract effective information and discovery the rules which are essential for the development of the enterprise from the web of data and how to use customer information,reduce operating costs and improve the competitiveness of the enterprises are increasingly concerned by the manager of the enterprises.The author is from the perspective of enterprises,and designs the data mining system to improve their business performance in this article.The key of web data mining are how to collect the original data including commercial value and what kind method used in analysis.This article will focus on these two aspects on the basic of designing system and the problems what exists in the design process.
