基于AT89C52下智能化电镀设备控制系统设计

On the Design of Intelligent Control System of Plating Equipment Based on AT89C52

基于AT89C52下智能化电镀设备控制系统是以AT89C52单片机为基本内核,利用串口通信技术实现电镀设备数据采集和控制手段智能化的智能控制系统。设计对电镀设备的温度、液位和位置等参数的检测、处理以及控制的智能处理方式进行了说明,并在重点阐述系统硬件构成的基础上,对如何利用串口通行技术实现单片机的数据传递进行了简单的介绍。

The intelligent control system based on AT89C52 plating equipment,with a core of single-chip,mainly realizes data acquisition of plating equipment and intellectualized controlling means with the technology of series communications.This paper illustrates the intelligent processing means of parametric detecting such as the temperature,liquid place and location of plating equipment,and also of processing as well as of controlling.Then after concentrating on the systematic hardware constitution,it comes to a brief introduction of how to transmit the data of signal-chip with series communication.
