摘要 利用新型压电薄膜传感器输出信号随冲击大小而变化特性,通过C8054F340 Soc单片机系统,实现了对击打力、击打速度和反应度的准确测量;通过液晶显示器不但能显示测值,而且通过软件实现了对训练机功能的菜单控制;通过语音电路和音箱不但实现了对测值的语音输出,而且实现了对训练者的语音提示。经多家武校和跆拳道馆的试用,证明本训练机稳定可靠,功能齐全,而且造价低廉,适合大批量生产。介绍了本多功能搏击训练机测量原理、结构和软件功能。 Using the properties of output of the new piezoelectric film sensor with hitting force,through C8054F340 Soc single chip system,we have realized accurately measuring the hitting force,speed and reaction ability.The system can not only display the measuring data through the LCD screen,but also broadcast the data and the leading sound which indicate the hitting positions through the voice chip and speakers.After long period of trial by a couple of teakwondo halls and wushu schools,it has been proved that our training machine not only have full functions but also run stable,it's cost is low as well.It can be produced in large scale.This paper introduced the machine's measuring principle,hardware design and software function.
