摘要
电荷耦合器件是一种发展前景良好的半导体集成电路,该电路可用于彩色成像、信号处理等相关领域。文章介绍一种用CCD321型电荷藕合器件设计的视频信号积累器,目的在于探讨使用这种器件做视频信号积累的可行性。以电视视频信号处理为平台,研究视频色度信号的积累结果。实践证明,用这种器件设计的视频信号积累器能增强视频信号的信噪比,是一种理想的视频信号处理器件。
The charge coupled device is a kind of semiconductor integrated circuits having good developing prospects,which are used in correlated fields such as color imaging and signal processing.The video signal accumulator designed by CCD321 (Charge Coupled Device) is produced in this paper in order to study the feasibility of using it to accumulate the video signals.On the platform of TV video signal processing,the accumulated result of video chrominance signals is researched.Experiments showed that the video signal accumulator designed by CCD321 could enhance the signal to noise ratio of the video signal,which is the ideal video signal processor.
