摘要
常见电路板故障的发生都会伴随着电子元件温度的变化,利用观测到的电路板及电子元件的温度及其变化可以检测电路板的故障。结合电路板元件工作温度变化的特点,探讨了一种利用红外热图像来检测电路板故障的方法。
The temperature change of electronic components often go with circuit board fault.We can detect the fault of circuit board using the temperature change of circuit board and electronic components. A realization method of circuit board fault detection using infrared thermal image and the peculiarity of temperature change of the running circuit hoard and electronic components.
