基于电荷耦合器件的视频色度信号分离电路

摘要 电荷耦合器件是一种发展前景良好的半导体集成电路,该电路可用于彩色成像、信号处理等相关领域。文章介绍一种用CCD321型电荷藕合器件设计的梳状滤波器,目的在于探讨使用这种器件做视频信号处理的可行性。以电视视频信号处理为平台,研究视频色度信号的分离结果。实验证明,用这种器件设计的梳状滤波器能较好的分离出色度视频信号的两个分量,其延时误差不超过±3ns,副载波相位误差不超过±5°,是一种理想的视频信号处理器件。 The charge coupled device is a kind of semiconductor integrated circuits having good developing prospects,which are used in fields such as color imaging and signal processing.This paper introduces a Comb Filter designed by CCD321(Charge Coupled Device)in order to study the feasibility of using it to process the video signals.On the platform of TV video signal processing,the separating result of video chrominance signals is researched.Experiments showed that the Comb Filter designed by CCD321 could separate two components of the chrominance video signal well,and the time delay error is kept in±3ns,the phase error of subcarrier in 5°,which is the ideal video signal processor.
