摘要
在管道漏磁检测系统中,针对普通的同心线圈磁化系统与"Hemhez"轴向磁化系统中存在的磁化电流摆动造成线圈的磁化力摆动变化,管道端头磁化不足,磁化效率不高,检测盲区加长等缺点,文章设计和研制了带汇聚装置的轴向和周向磁化系统装置。通过试验分析比较了普通同心线圈磁化系统、"Hemhez"轴向磁化系统、带汇聚装置的轴向磁化系统的磁化性能和周向磁化器的不同极靴间隙对磁化效率的影响。得出结论:在漏磁检测设备中,带汇聚装置的轴向磁化系统可以增大磁化力,增强磁化效率,使检测盲区进一步缩小,周向磁化器的极靴间隙为5mm时,磁化器具有最高的灵敏度。
In magnetic flux leakage pipelines testing system,in view of the shortcomings of common concentric coil magnetizing system and'Hemhez'axial magnetizing system,such as the swing changes of the magnetic force resulted from the changes of the magnetic current,the pipe magnetic fields of tube head are inadequate,blind fields of detection was lengthened.The paper designed and developed with axial and circumferential magnetic device with the convergence device of the magnetic flux leakage detection system.An experiment system was designed to test the method,analyzed and compared the magnetization efficiency in common concentric coil magnetizing system,'Hemhez'axial magnetizing system,'Hemhez'axial magnetic system with the convergence device.Showed the influence resulted from different circumferential magnetic device spaces.The paper drew some conclusions:in the magnetic flux leakage detection system,'Hemhez'axial magnetic system with the convergence device enhanced the magnetizing force,so that blind fields of detection was further reduced,when circumferential magnetic device space was 5mm,the sensitivity of magnetization is the highest.
