摘要
在超声波逆变电源系统中,为了降低开关损耗而广泛的采用移相SPWM技术。传统的模拟控制存在精度低、动态响应慢等缺点,在此介绍了一种基于TMS320F2812 DSP芯片的SPWM数字移相方法。该方法的特点是查表和在线仿真计算相结合,既能满足一定的控制精度要求,又能满足实时控制的要求,同时广泛应用于带反馈控制的逆变系统中。
Phase-shifting SPWM technology is widely used in the field of ultrasonic inverter power system. The traditional simulation control exist low precision, slow dynamic response and so on the shortcomings;in this paper,a digital phase-shifting control method based on DSP TMS320F2812 is proposed.The characteristic of this method is the combination of the table look-up and on-line calculation techniques,which can not only satisfy the control precision but also the real-time control require-ments;this method is still suitable for inverter system with feedback control.
