中药内服外用治疗慢性单纯性苔藓61例

Treatment of 61 cases of chronic simple lichen by oral use and external use of Chinese medicine

目的观察中药内服外用治疗慢性单纯性苔藓的临床疗效。方法 61例患者予祛风养血汤内服结合外用牛皮癣酊、黄连膏治疗,疗程1个月,观察临床疗效。结果治愈38例,好转20例,总有效率为95.1%。结论祛风养血汤内服结合外用牛皮癣酊、黄连膏治疗慢性单纯性苔藓疗效良好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine by oral use and external use in treating chronic simple lichen. Methods Sixty-one patients were treated with ＂Qufeng Yangxue Decoction＂ orally combined with anti-psoriasis tincture and ＂Huanglian paste＂ externally, with the course of one month. The clinical efficacy were observed. Results Thirty-eight cases were cured and 20 cases improved, the total effective rate was 95. 1%. Conclusion ＂ Qufeng Yangxue Deeoetion＂ combining with anti-psoriasis tincture and ＂Huanglian paste＂ has positive effect on chronic simple lichen.
