扶正解毒祛瘀方药联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后临床观察

Clinical observation of "Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Prescription" combining with chemotherapy in treating postoperative breast cancer

目的观察扶正解毒祛瘀方药联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后的临床疗效。方法将45例患者采用数字表法随机分为联合组(23例)与对照组(22例)。两组均采用CTF方案化疗,21天为1个周期,联合组同时加用扶正解毒祛瘀方药;2个化疗周期后,观察卡氏评分、体质量、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物及生存质量变化情况。结果联合组卡氏评分疗效、体质量疗效总有效率分别为87.0%和91.3%,对照组分别为27.3%和63.6%;组间卡氏评分疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组CD3、CD4/CD8、NK细胞水平明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD8细胞水平下降(P<0.01);对照组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞水平下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD8水平升高(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。联合组治疗后CEA和CA153较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组CEA较治疗前降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,CEA、CA153差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05>)。两组生理状况、情感状况、功能状况、附加关注积分治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);组间治疗后比较,生理状况、情感状况、功能状况和附加关注积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论扶正解毒祛瘀方药联合化疗可明显提高乳腺癌术后患者的生活质量,改善免疫功能。

Objective To nbserve the clinical efficacy of ＂ Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Prescription＂ with chemotherapy in treating postoperative breast cancer. Methods Forty-five cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by digital table method. Twenty-two cases in control group were treated with CTF chemotherapy, and twenty-three cases in treatment group were treatment with CTF chemotherapy and ＂Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Prescription＂, with the course of 21 days. Both the groups were treated for two courses. The scores of Karnofsky, changes of weight, immunologic function, tumor marker and quality of life were observed. Results The difference of Karnofsky score between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05）. In treatment group, the levels of CD3, CD4/CDS, and NK cells were increased（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） ; the level of CD8 cells was decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ） after treatment. In control group, the levels of CD3, CIM, CIM/ C D8, and N K cells were decreased（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） , and the level of CD8 cells was increased （P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of index between the two groups was of significance after treatment（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The CEA and CA153 in treatment group were decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the CEA in control group was decreased （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the difference of CEA and CA 153 between the two groups was of no significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Before amt ＇after treatment, the physiological condition, emotional state, functional status and additional attention points in each group had significant differences（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. Ol ） ; also had significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Combination of＂ Fuzheng Quyu Jiedu Prescription＂ and chemotherapy can improve the quality of life and boost immune function in pnstoperative breast cancer patients.
