On Information Security Policies and Laws for Library Community under Cloud Computing Environment

云计算环境下图书馆面临的信息资源安全问题将更为新颖、复杂,而解决此问题的有效途径将以政策法律为主。从云计算环境下开展图书馆信息资源安全政策法律研究的现实意义出发,结合当前国内外的研究现状,从研究的理论价值、研究的基本内容和研究的基本思路出发,试图构建云计算环境下图书馆信息资源安全政策法律的研究框架,并指出当前研究可能遇到的障碍以及突破障碍的研究切入点。为我国图书馆界更为安全、高效地借助云计算在资源建设与信息服务方面带来的发展机遇提供理论借鉴。

Under cloud computing environment, security issues of information resources faced by li- braries world will be more complex and innovative, and the effective way to solve this problem will be information policies and laws. Based on the practical significance of study on policies and laws of information resources security for library community under cloud computing environment, combined with the current research at home and abroad, from the perspectives of theoretical value, basic con- tents and basic ideas of research, the article tried to design the study framework of policies and laws of information resources security for library community, and pointed out the obstacles and its solution of the current study, in order to provide a theoretical reference for libraries world to makes full use of opportunities brought by cloud computing in construction and information services.
