摘要
用2,3,3-三甲基-3H-吲哚与碘甲烷在无水乙醇中回流反应得到1,2,3,3-四甲基吲哚碘化物。后者与氢氧化钠溶液加热搅拌反应,用乙醚萃取三次。合并萃取液,蒸去乙醚,得题示化合物1,3,3-三甲基-2-亚甲基吲哚啉。分析了反应机理,并指出了实验操作过程中应注意的一些事项。
1,2,3,3-tetramethyl-indolenium iodide was synthesized by refluxing the mixture of 2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indole and methyl iodide in ethanol.After this,the mixture of 1,2,3,3-tetramethyl-indolenium iodide and sodium hydroxide in water is heated with stirring and extracted three times by diethyl ether.The solution of diethyl ether was collected and separated by distillation,then the production which showed in title 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methylene indoline is gained.The reactive mechanism is analyzed and some advices about the reactions are given.
