摘要
采用费歇尔法合成了螺嗪染料中间体2,3,3-三甲基-3H-吲哚,分析了反应机理。为了减少与毒性较大原料的接触,尝试将原料苯肼、3-甲基-2-丁酮、浓硫酸和适当溶剂"一锅法"加入。经减压分馏分离,同样得到了目标产物。
Spirooxazine dyes intermediate 2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indole is synthesized by Fisher’ reaction and the mechanism is analyzed.In order to decrease the contact with the toxic reagents,the reagents benzene hydrazine,3-methyl-2-butanone,sulphuric acid and solvent had been mixed by "One-pot" method.The product is separated and gained by the decompression fractionation.
